Step Two: Lost
And then a job was offered that paid a multiple of my previous job. I persevered. For about five years, I was completely spiritually lost. Instead of having all the answers, as I had in my old organization, I had only questions. And I searched. I searched, and searched, and searched. I searched in my relationship. In my self. In various spiritual organizations. I looked everywhere for the path. I “de-programmed”–examining all of my beliefs up till that point to try and find the ones that I wanted to keep… ….
